Remap data error 5: Interco invalid procedure

- Open the Daily Allocation Tool Database (Modgldb.mdb)
- Click on the Forms tab and open the CNFA Accounts Addition Form
- Verify that the account numbers are correct
- For the Corporate Mask record, enter an "X" for each character in your master account that corresponds to the default organization where your variance accounts post, followed by zeros and dashes for the remainder of the account. For example if your GL account mask is C-DDD-AAAA, enter X-XXX-0000.
- You will also be prompted for the Company mask. This is the level where the retained earnings account is posted. Enter an “X” for each character in your master account that corresponds to the company, followed by zeros and dashes for the remainder of the account. For example if your GL account mask is C-DDD-AAAA, enter X-000-0000.
- Close the database
- In Windows Explorer, go to the Dasm folder
- Delete the Modcomgl.mc file
- Delete the Modcomsl.tmp file
- Rename any modcom mcx files to mc
- Run the applicable module communication process, such as APMC, IVMC or Load Daily Transactions. Do not run GLMC yet.
- Run the Daily Allocation Tool (Interco.exe) again
- If you choose you may run APMC, GLMC, IVMC and move the Modcomsl.mc to the SAAM folder. Or you can wait until the next nightly batch and records from the current day's processing will be appended to the mc files.
